This may also include products and services from the Company’s Group and may be carried out through “traditional” methods (e.g., postal mail and/or operator calls), or “automated” contact systems (e.g., SMS and/or MMS, calls without operator intervention, email, fax, interactive applications), pursuant to Article 130, paragraphs 1 and 2 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments.

The provision of data for the purposes of points 1), 2), and 3), connected to a pre-contractual and/or contractual phase or required by a specific legal provision, is mandatory, and without it, it will not be possible to receive the requested information and access the requested services. Data processing will be done following organizational logic and processing of your personal data, including logs generated from accessing and using web services, products, and services used, and will always be performed to ensure data security and confidentiality. The processed personal data will be stored for the periods required by applicable regulations.

Regarding data security, in sections of the website where personal data is requested from the user, the data is encrypted using a security technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL technology encrypts information before it is exchanged via the Internet between the user’s processor and the Company’s central systems, making it incomprehensible to unauthorized parties, thus ensuring the confidentiality of the transmitted information. Additionally, transactions using electronic payment tools are carried out directly on the Payment Service Provider (PSP) platform, and the Company retains only the minimum set of information necessary to manage any disputes. In terms of protecting personal data, users/clients are invited, pursuant to Article 33 of the GDPR, to report to the Company any circumstances or events that could result in a potential “personal data breach” in order to allow immediate evaluation and adoption of measures to address such events by sending a communication to privacy@Company.it or contacting Customer Service. The measures adopted by the Company do not exempt the client from taking necessary care when using, where required, passwords/PINs of adequate complexity, which should be periodically updated, especially if they fear these have been compromised by third parties, and ensuring they are kept secure and inaccessible to third parties to prevent unauthorized and improper use.

Scope of Data Communication and Transfer

To pursue the above-mentioned purposes, the Company may communicate and have the personal data of users/clients processed by third parties with whom it has relationships, where these third parties provide services at our request. We will provide these third parties with only the information necessary to perform the requested services, taking all measures to protect your personal data. Data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area if necessary for the management of your contractual relationship. In such cases, the recipients of the data will be subject to protection and security obligations equivalent to those guaranteed by the Data Controller. When using services provided directly by partners, only the data strictly necessary for their execution will be provided. In any case, only data necessary for the fulfillment of the stated purposes will be communicated, and applicable safeguards for data transfers to third countries will be applied when required.
